The $4.95 standard shipping fee for Chase gift cards are temporarily being waived. According to the FAQ there are no other fees involved with an online purchase of a GC.

GC can only be purchased with Chase debit/credit cards.

no other fees as the shipping fee is waived

I tried paying with a non chase visa and got this message
The card used to purchase must be issued by Chase. Please provide a Chase debit or credit card number.

This is the fine print for the 1% cashback on the Chase Freedom

You do not earn any points on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account.

So I'm being hopeful that gift cards aren't included in that list...
