How does one easily turn these Chase GC into cash, excluding that whole BB/Walmart shtick (not very practical for NYC) and AP?

Are there [not] stores which offer Cash Back? Anyone with experience?

For $2 per card via BB online. While not as good as WM, if you are in NYC, a few $2 maybe easier .

I ordered 5 and got them on Friday. I tried to activate them and each time I was told I need to talk to risk management. Unfortunately they close at 5 and it was 5:30 when I called to activate. Need to wait till Monday.

You just have to call up and get the pin.

i tried to pay a credit card bill directly with chase gift cards at walmart and they could not find my account in their system,
is it possible that you cant pay a business card (ink plus) by walmart?
then when i tried to do a money order they said they cant process it with a gift card?

can someone enlighten me what im doing wrong?
