It gets hard to differentiate between the sarcasm sometimes.
Sorry but when I see someone state they want a "sure bet" it just gets me going.

I purchased 2 $500.00 Chase GC. I went to Walmart and they said only 1 was good. I called Chase and the CS guy who sounded like he was from India tells me that the card is activated now. Anyone else have this issue? kind of anoying to have to go again.

Just wasted an hour of my life at Walmart trying to load BB with two x $500 Chase GCs (didn't tell them it was GC of course).
First swipe, the machine wanted a $3 fee and wanted to charge $503, so cashier had to cancel and re-enter.
I thought maybe there's now a $3 fee, so tried to load $497. Swiped the card, and this time it didn't ask for the $3 fee. The transaction was approved on my side, but rejected on cashier's side.
Tried to load $500 with the 2nd card. Swiped it and saw that it was approved on my side, but rejected on the cashier's side.
By now the line was swelling and impatient so I came home and cashed them out on AP :(

Anyone else had trouble like this at Walmart with Chase GCs?

First of all,  which Wal-Mart was this at?

2nd  of all,  was the cashier doing the correct thing?  Was s/he  familiar with bb?

I have no way of knowing whether the Cashier knew what she's doing.
The lines were all pretty long, so I wasn't gonna try another one.
This was in LA.

next time tell the cashier to hit "action 70" and then they can follow the prompts. That's the code they have to push for the reload. Many cashier's haven't loaded bluebird cards so it helps to walk them through it.

Anybody ever taken a large stack of these into Walmart MC to Billpay multiple Chase credit cards, like upwards of $9k+ in one visit, or does that raise red flags? I've got 19 cards to burn, and I wonder if they'll have a problem with $2k-$2,500 bill payments to several diff cards.

If they don't know I tell them to do a CheckFreePay and then they usually know from there.
