BA lhr-tlv business class service... pathetic

anyone else experience this or am i the only lucky one?                the purser was disgruntled and pissy the whole flight.   other than picking up the trays after meal, they didn't come around to take garbage once.    etc etc   

seats were really nice though, even though it was an old bmi plane.  they haven't gotten around to changing bmi's logo from the entertainment system yet.  go figure.

Where you on flight 163?
The night flight tends to be a rough one, and the fa's are struggling to adjust to the new planes with the smaller overhead compartments.
As for the seat it's the second best option for business class from anywhere in Europe to tlv as lx is the best
