The Chase bank at 4 Metrotech Center, in downtown Brooklyn has Euros. In my experience though, you'll get the best rate for Euros by making an ATM withdrawal in the European city your going to visit (this has been discussed on DDF in the past). Even with the ATM fee and your own bank imposed fee, you'll still come out ahead. Just make sure to take out several hundred Euro at a time.

the max I can do on my debit card is $500 a day and I will need 500 euros, which is about 700 USD, will I be able to make the withdrawal?

With the fees and all is this still worth it if I only need to withdraw around $400-$500 ?

Do European atms give the best rate?
