There are several objective places in which AMD is doing better than Intel. There are also several objective places in which Intel is doing better than AMD. There is more of the former than there was, say, five years ago, and less of the latter in the same time frame.
Propaganda is not always untrue, just like Loshon Hora. To bring a list of the former and mention none (or almost none) of the latter is propaganda.

I don't understand the question. Are you asking if I care that they ONLY discussed the high-end performance in laptops? It was a bit more nuanced than that...
Also, regardless, I am not bothered by any of this.
