Looks thicker. Anyway, what is it?
LM's steak au poivre.
They sell them raw for about $15.

Does LM tell you the type of cut or they just give it a fancy name

I know this is the Weber thread, but I'm just gonna mention again that Broil King is a great alternative. They also have a very solid reputation, and you definitely get more bang for your buck when comparing models.

That's impressive. Do you grill in cold weather, around 10-20 degrees?

Usually not when it's that cold. But I do when it's in the 30's and 40's

I've had the S-330 for 4 years, it is an awesome grill.
$950, less 10% coupon, less 9% for buying GCs at 5x, less $100 comp for them trying to pass off a floor model on me, and I negotiated free delivery+assembly,

That's impressive. Do you grill in cold weather, around 10-20 degrees?
I've grilled when it was snowing out, probably was more like upper 20s though.

Thanks. I was wondering if the cover cracks in the cold weather.

Heard that from someone else too.

perhaps this?

According to the salesperson in Lowes, they used to manufacture weber in that factory, and then they started their own lines (broil king, mate etc). He said they are not in existence long enough for them to have the "street cred" which Weber has, (the infamous 10 yr+ lifespan) but in his opinion they are just as good.

Enjoy! let us know in 10 years if that statement is true

I did a steak at -1F a couple years back on my Weber Q. Hard to control the cooking temp and evenness but it still came out really good.

Just saw this now. Yes it does. Supposedly the newer cover doesn't crack. And supposedly they will replace your older cover for free, although I haven't tried yet

Looking to purchase a Weber grill. I tried the moving packet and it didn't have the Lowes coupon I needed. Are there any new ideas on this thread?

Thanks.
