When exchanging propane tanks do you need to return them to where they were originally purchased or can they be returned anywhere (ex: exchange Walmart and Lowe's).

Where in Lakewood can you trade in a tank - do some gas stations do it?

Lots of gas stations in LW do. Also some groceries, Foodex and others.

Just ordered this one... we will see how it is http://www.walmart.com/ip/4-Burner-Propane-Gas-Grill-with-Side-Burner/42105811
looks to be a great deal, i had one from brinkmann with obviously the same guts as this (i paid $180 6 years ago), and it lasted me 3 great years (with lots of space and strong heat), and is still going (though pretty rusted).

Is there any advantage to infrared?

I'm looking for a cheap grill, and I see this at Wal-Mart http://www.walmart.com/ip/Char-Broil-Tru-Infrared-3-Burner-Grill-Black/39073043

From what i've read, infrared cooks at much higher temps and you can't really cook on low heat, but OTOH it cooks much faster and supposedly locks in the juices.

Is it just like cooking in an oven without the flames near the food?

Beware, some of the new infrared grills may have multiple burners, but they deliver such even heat that it is almost impossible to get a hot and cool zone. Avoid these.

Do you think a cheap infrared like this will have this issue?
