Yah, doubt that rumor is true. Red cross was not asking for blood today on their website or twitter feed, despite who knows how many people from outside boston suggesting it to us on facebook. Their blood donation place wasn't even open today bec of patriots day.

cant help but think- after 9/11 i heard some "this diff./ much worse than what goes on in IL and cant be compared" well this isnt. bombings at your marathons, at your  nightclubs, at your restaurants, malls, houses of worship etc.- just a little taste of what goes on in IL
