sending a fax with a cable line service

I switched my internet phone service to optimium (cablevision) and since the switch i can not send faxes to any efax number. (it works when sending to a regular fax number but not when sending to a efax service)
if anyone has any experience with this and figured out a way how to do it please post.Yesterday i tried conecting the line directly to the modem (rather then the jack in the wall) and then it worked but today even that doesnt work

Fax Zero has free internet faxing. You can fax a file directly from your computer.

I did that and in fact have a trial for 30 days with it but they are very expensive. the service that I have (that isnt working is 3 bucks a month

marks i just checked faxzero they also charge 9after 30 day free trial

Depends how much you fax. You can send two free faxes per day of two pages each. In my experience, whenever you exceed the limit they send you an email saying that it didn't go through and offer you a code for a free premium fax. A bit of a pain if you send alot of faxes but for a small fax here and there it's very convenient!

they offer free premium fax?? or do u mean only the 30 day trial? what do u get with the premium? just being able to send more pages?
I need more then 2 pages a day

With premium fax you can sned a 15 page fax.
