I'm not saying you have any chisronos. But I believe many chisronos such as anger, anxiety, impatience, and not a deep level of comprehension, can be greatly improved just by sleeping more. Just many people don't realize that all they need to do is sleep more. Many times people dealing with minor anxiety can recover just with more sleep.
wow. You summed me up in one paragraph! How'd you know south about me .... Na. :-) jk around! I look at it like this, why wasted time sleeping a lot when i can accomplish much more. (Of course if the sleep is really needed then of course thats a whole diff story).
