The chart they are using shows CLE ranked as #7 this year. Do they mean the 7th best team? If so who are the other 5?
I just found a new supply of forks!

He did what he had to do to win a championship. The same thing KD did. Call it whatever you want but it is not something the GOAT ever did.
Who's the GOAT? Bill Russel or Wilt Chamberlain?  :P

5:9 odds on
That's pretty crazy.

Ya I'd vote against them this year at those odds. Loads of things can happen , and it isn't a given that they retain the stars without giving up on the bench. And a fully healthy spurs, especially if they get someone next year, would at least challenge them. Of course they're heavy favorites but 5:9 a year out is insane.

Many people don't know these crazy stats about Wilt

"He is the only player to score 100 points in a single NBA game or average more than 40 and 50 points in a season. He also won seven scoring, eleven rebounding, nine field goal percentage titles and led the league in assists once.[3] Chamberlain is the only player in NBA history to average at least 30 points and 20 rebounds per game in a season, a feat he accomplished seven times. He is also the only player to average at least 30 points and 20 rebounds per game over the entire course of his NBA career. Although he suffered a long string of professional losses,[4] Chamberlain had a successful career, winning two NBA championships, earning four regular-season Most Valuable Player awards, the Rookie of the Year award, one NBA Finals MVP award, and being selected to 13 All-Star Games and ten All-NBA First and Second teams."

I think most NBA fans know most of those stats about wilt. Which is surprising ?

So if it's stats, the GOAT is Wilt, if it's rings it's Bill Russel.

Where does Jordan come in?

Must be each generation forgets the previous generations players.

Well then - Lebron is the GOAT :P

Can't build a team in Cleveland to contend with current GSW roster (assuming they keep onto their core 4 and pay crazy tax bills). In LA he can try to build a new superteam with PG and young talent on the roster.

Even with PG, it would still take some time and he's not getting younger

OK but it sounds like he eventually wants to live there anyway long term and it still probably gives him the best chance to beat golden state. Obviously alot of it depends on how he views the cavs vs gsw. If they lose in 4 or 5 again next year I think there's a good shot he leaves.

Until he does and wins a couple rings and then you defend him as much as you would any Koby debate...

Rumors have been going around for a while since he bought a house there and everyone assumed he wants to retire from an LA team.
