For the record 48 minutes has never and never will mean almost the whole game.

But if you want simple stats from this year:
LBJ - 36.9 mpg (reg season), 40.6 mpg (playoffs) 
KD - 34.2 mpg (reg season), 37.3 mpg (playoffs)

I dont think the players complained about them being tired (mayb KD did, I didnt listen to the postgames). I think it was mostly the coaches. But some stars definitely take heavier loads in the playoffs.

But I doubt he was the most recent. I'm sure there are more recent players to play an entire game. And no - I rarely google stats. I have a relational database with player and team stats that I can query as I wish . I just need to refresh it every so often.

My pont, which you've completely ignored and went on unrelated tirades, is that players can be tired if they take on more than their normal loads. Maybe a normal playoff load in a close game still means tired, since it's more than a general load for him? For the record, I don't think he's any more tired than he's been the past 6 years at this point of the year. And I don't think he will say he's tired either. That doesn't mean he isn't tired, though.

If you want to take this literally then every player out there better be tired or they are bums!!!

You make the false assumption that since he plays 38 minutes in the regular season 42 minutes in the playoffs will make him tired. You have nothing to support that. Watching him play he does look tired at times (I call it being lazy) but more times than not he is playing better late in the game.

We should be talking about this game. So everyone watching out there. Neither team is playing defense and the half-time score is 45-45 between two scoring machines. What gives?
