I have a hundred question but I will start with a simple one. Who is going to stop Wilt from scoring 100?

LeBron, duh...

The rules, if they're playing by 2021 rules.

I don't think they will agree to wear skirts.  :)

Not at all. He could be looking for team chemistry also.
It's a respect thing. The guys on his first team are the greats from just prior to his NBA days, and the guys from the second team are the greats from his era (not squarely his era, but that played at least partially concurrent to him). He doesn't respect anyone after that, it's not just Lebron. No Shaq, Kobe, Duncan, etc.

Going to guess he feels the current players are soft and couldn't compete with the players from that time.

You really think LeBron would last getting beat up physically every night?

Uh, yeah, he absolutely would - he's built like a tank. I'm not saying he'd be the same player, but the physicality/durability thing is a losing argument when it comes to Lebron. It's much more relevant to the MJ vs Kobe discussion.

ETA: Forgot to add - you're gonna have a hard time arguing that Shaq would've been outmanned by the physicality of that era.

I'm not sure it's so clean cut. He's had a slew of injury issues and has taken off a bunch of games over the years for "load management." All that was in a much less physical NBA.

Say what? MJ has proven he could take a beating night after night. You ever see any series against the Piston's?

LeBron on the other hand should be taking it to the hole on every play but he rarely does.

How you seem to be built has nothing to do with taking a beating. I use to wrestle and some of my easiest matches were against individuals that looked 10x stronger than me.

Lebron leads the league by miles in total minutes played over the last decade including playoffs. How is his durability even in discussion?

MPG top ten is dominated by the old timers. LeBron not even in the top ten.

Numbers are fun to play with. Pippen has more minutes than MJ.  :)

Lets also remember that it is easy to go fifteen rounds with nobody hitting you.

And yet lebron still is so far ahead of everyone in total minutes.

You pulling stats out of the air?
1   Kareem Abdul-Jabbar*   57,446
2   Karl Malone*   54,852
3   Dirk Nowitzki†   51,368
4   Kevin Garnett*   50,418
5   Jason Kidd*   50,111
6   Elvin Hayes*   50,000
7   LeBron James^   49,940

This is such a dumb argument. Lebron has played more total minutes (reg+playoff) than anyone in Dr J's list with the exception of Kareem and Malone, who are 1 and 2 all time - and he's sure to pass Malone by end of next year. Would he have lasted as long in a more physical NBA? Of course not. But let's not pretend he's some wilting flower.
Say what? MJ has proven he could take a beating night after night. You ever see any series against the Piston's?
That's exactly what I just said. It's relevant to MJ vs Kobe because MJ endured orders of magnitude more physical play than Kobe.
He has proven he can play physical unlike LeBron.
So you're admitting your comment about Dr J feeling more modern era players were soft doesn't hold water? Otherwise why no Shaq?
MPG top ten is dominated by the old timers. LeBron not even in the top ten.
Funny you should mention that - Dr J's ridiculous list is literally 5 of 6 at the top of that list (Iverson at #4). This is an era thing for the most part. And btw, MJ is basically tied with Lebron on that list, with 3 of Dr J's 2nd team further down.

Layer on playoffs (arguably the more consequential/physically demanding minutes), and he ends up at number 3.

Including playoff minutes Lebron will be at the top of the total minutes played board when he retires. He's only ~2,000 shy now.
