I said flagrant 1, was surprised that was a 2, but the crowd loved it :)
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

You want to turn this into a society issue then start with banning boxing and football because you can't make them safe.

Now back to reality. This was a soft foul where he happened to hit his head while going for the ball.

ETA: In fairness I went back and looked at it and it wasn't a "soft" foul.
Boxing has already drastically changed. And football adds more rules all the time, especially in regards to concussions.

While some people complain about these changes, I think they are for the most part welcome, like in this case of being up by 30 and an open breakaway, there is no need to foul on that drive...

Either way, Derozan was happy to leave. I would too, if I stunk up the joint.

Not just us apparently home page article on espn right now http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/23456720/is-lebron-james-michael-jordan-greatest-nba-player-all
We heard the same BS in 2016. Last year not a peep.

A lot of numbers in that article. They convinced me.  :)
This sums it up: To hear Jordan's supporters tell it, defenders were allowed open fisticuffs to prevent him from getting to the basket. Meanwhile, James' defenders would have you believe that Jordan was beating five guys from the Y to win his championships.

The league now is soft. You can argue if for the better or not but that doesn't change that simple fact.

"but James has already put together the best NBA career we've ever seen." And he's still going strong. Like I said He's the Cy Young of basketball, his career length will embarrass MJ, and make him look like a light weight by the time he retires.

You're best argument is different eras and it works both ways...If Jordan played now he'd be ejected in the 2nd quarter every game...

Of all the arguments (some of which are very convincing) that MJ is the GOAT over LBJ, this is the worst/most wrong. Overly physical play favors the guy built like a tank. Meanwhile, the rule changes sparked a wave of innovation in defensive strategy. Put those together and it favors Lebron.

I am not making any argument. I am stating a fact the league is soft now. Bill Russell would still be playing in this environment.  :P

Can I just point out when Wilt and Bill played the league was full of a bunch of Jews, I don't think their stats mean too much ;)

You want an argument for MJ?
When he stepped on the court he dominated the game like no other player. At his peak he was the best that ever played the game.
The argument for LBJ is he played more seasons at a high level. Who cares?

its the stupidest argument
every generation will have their greatest and to compare them by numbers alone does not take into account the intangibles of either player

bottom line they would both be on the team against the Monstars

Who would be on your starting 5 all time?
