A bunch of Clevelanders in denial.
The fact is
Every year that passes Lebron's popularity grows.
He's on his way to becoming an all time great.
Even Clevelanders' children will look at their fathers strange, when they tell them that Lebron wasn't a great. They'll tell their dad's - "you're bitter".

But if Lebron goes back to Cleveland in a few years even they will jump on the bandwagon.
Lebron is the most fascinating athlete to watch since MJ. If you don't recognize this, you're bitter.

You are more blinded than anyone from Cleveland.

Read the last few pages and you won't see anyone from Cleveland saying Lebum isn't a great player or that they hate how he plays.

You'll see that Cleveland hates his personality and how he acts as a human. Which is far more important than basketball skills where I grew up.

If he comes back to Cleveland. It will be a decision by management, but I guarantee many fans will not go to games

That will be because the games will be sold out and they can't get tickets.  :P
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

You care about some guy in Miami's actions as a human because he acted in a way you didn't like. All I care about is the athlete. Obviously if the guy is a really bad human I wouldn't be able to be a fan of him. But you hate the guy for having a few personality flaws (which i happen to think clevelanders over exaggerate)?.

Your nuts. If he comes back to CLE 100% is forgotten.

You are talking about a city that hasn't one any title in the majority of its residents lifetimes

He will be more popular than ever because this time he chose CLE, as opposed to the draft when CLE chose him

It's really pretty simple.

LeBron will *never* get out from under the negativity that was caused by his ignominious departure from CLE.

He irrevocably shot himself in the foot due to his immaturity -- "I'm going to take my talents to South Beach" will go down as one of the most ill-conceived utterances in sports history.

Shame, really, because he is *that* talented.

Absolutely.

But if he wins a title in Cleveland, all will be forgotten by their fans.

Just for fun, I'll quote Dan Gilbert:

"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER 'KING' WINS ONE"

The problem with LB is his work ethic. I don't see that changing any time soon.

Has nothing to do with Clev. The same would happen in any city.

Everyone calls into the local ESPN radio talking the big talk about not wanting him back and hoping that Gilbert gets that message.

But sadly I think you're right though I don't think there's more than a 1% chance of him wanting to work for Gilbert.
