What airline should i get credit for my avis car rental in Israel?

I'm currently in Israel, and was offered by Avis to give me some points for my 2 week Avis car rental. I currently have milage accounts with Elal,Continental, Delta and BA, as well as Starwood or Priority Club. Would anyone care to break down what would get for any of these programs, or which one is the most worth, or is running a promo at the moment? Thanks

Priority Club is offering triple points, but you need to use  coupon number and AWD when making the reservation. I am not sure it will work for you.
