The apartment has excellent central AC/Heating, Full size expandable dining room table that can seat between 8-12 full size chairs, Internet phone line and high speed unlimited wireless Internet, spacious 2 sink / 2 stove-top kosher kitchen, full breakfront stocked with many Sforim, super comfy large couches with coffee table, separate coat room/closet, and washer/dryer laundry machine area...
The remodel of this apartment was done in such a way that it isn't a typical israeli style apartment, but rather a more comfortable private setup... Since this apartment is on the ground floor and is the closest apartment to the parking lot, it also is the closest apartment in the building to the local shul - Gan Machal (about a 3 minute walk). The location is simple - about a 4 minute walk from either of two light rail stations - Shimon Hatzadik or Ammunition Hill. There is a makolet - "Yossis" about a 4 minute walk, and Paran/Yeish/Restaurants about 7 minutes walk. The walk to the Old City/Kotel is about 35-40 minutes if you take kvish echal (going straight down the road which goes directly to SharYafo)...
