Seems to have haskamos from many rabbonim. Will be interesting to see the reactions when it comes out.

WOW I am really close with 1 of the approving Rabbonim I saw this on his table 3+ years ago, was wondering all along where this got stuck.. It's an awesome innovation

It seems like it would have the same status as a refrigerator/freezer, where some permit opening them only when they are running.

On the same note, this "workaround" may be uncomfortable to some, much like the Shabbos elevator, just because it doesn't "feel" Shabbos'dik.
