The message that they're processing the order is common with purchases of gc's.
It's not unique to today.
Just call them up to finish the processing.

so I made a new staples account (a similar email, just one number off) and they seem to have merged the accounts! when I log into to each account, they show both orders.. one is being processed and one is being researched. guess ill wait and see

Weird, I checked out as a guest with complete different info, name, address, phone, email etc. Looking at the confirmation emails I see they gave them both the same customer number.

They called me about the order. I missed the call so I called them back. They just wanted to confirm my email address, said I would be receiving instructions via email???

After calling to cancel my duplicates, the status changed, instead or "verifying" it now gives me a normal shipping/ processing screen.
