IIRC there is no way to get "discounted" tikets to the parks.

There aren't any real discounts BUT there is a very common idea in Orlando/kissimee area is to buy used tickets we did that and it really worked.. We got it for half the price of the at the door prices..

You see them advertised all over.. "We sell cheap tickets" and "we buy tickets" (if they buy usually means they sell them to)

Don't confuse it with the time sharing tickets...

If you are staying in Orlando and want a cheap night, try this BRG:

This is the time sharing or what ever they call it.. You have to sit and listen to some lecture for hr and half about that resport and then they give u the tickets..

Keep in mind u need to qualify to get those tickets.. You (and your spouse IIRC) need to be over 30..

A ticket is good for the whole day.
So I go in at 10 o'clock to the park and buy a ticket at full price ($90)
At 3 I am wiped so I leave to go home.
I sell my ticket to one of these places for $25. They sell it to you to use for 4pm-10pm for $40.

there is a hospital near the park that sells the tickets at a good discount and they include extra packages not included with the reg ticket you buy from the park. it is sold for the non profit portion of the hospital. google search for it.

Or they have 7 day tickets, and whoever purchased them only used them for 4 days, that means there are 3 days left over on the ticket, etc.

How do you get around their system for checking for finger spacing?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Not sure what that is. And to be clear I didn't buy these tickets when I was in Orlando but after leaving the park I noticed every second establishment advertising them.

From an online article http://www.easywdw.com/news/new-disney-world-ticket-policy-going-into-effect-august-3-2011/

"this policy is aimed at foiling the ticket resellers that operate on eBay, Craigslist, other online outlets, and locally around the theme parks.  It is illegal to resell partially used Disney World theme park tickets.  This is a common practice along US-192, the highway that I live on.  In fact, there are several ticket reselling booths and outlets within a 15 minute walk of my door and at least a dozen on the drive to the theme parks.  These sellers purchase used tickets from vacationers, take them to the ticket window to upgrade them (remember, it only costs about $8 a day to add the 4th to 10th day on a Disney Magic Your Way Ticket), and then resell them as a “new” ticket with whatever amount of days they say is on it.  They also sell “one-day tickets” for $50 a day and then offer a bounty if the user brings the ticket back with additional days on it that they purchased.  This policy is specifically aimed at making it more difficult for these sellers to operate.

Pretty sure all these businesses closed down with that new system in place
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

not sure about the ticket scalper idea. they have biometric fingerprint scanning now. your best bet is to research the hospital that resells tickets at a discount for charity. i think it is a children hospital. good luck

many thanks.  i know chabad does universal tickets but had a tough time finding Orlando tickets.  Best bet is used if looking to do a half day or try to search for that hospital.
