If your computer or phone is giving you issues:

• Please read this before posting: 4 Reasons Why IT People Ignore Your Requests for Help
• Restart the computer. Hopefully this will take care of any issues
• If your problem has not yet been solved, try to Google it. There may be a very simple solution
• On a Windows computer, a system restore may do the trick.

By the way you can use the hard drive that came with the computer as an external hard drive. There are enclosures you can buy for ~$10.

There is an option in settings to reset the computer. There are 2 options: Either you can remove all programs/settings and files but keep windows, or you can keep windows and files but delete all programs/settings.

ETA: Assuming you have Windows 8 or above..

Is there anyway I can download  Windows 7 on my usb flash Drive and reinstall windows 7 from the usb?

I have (another) Asus  laptop i3 4gb ram (I don't use more) the computer became really slow,  I installed CCleaner malwarebyts and nordom anti virus program, I don't have many programs there,  just useing it for basic Web browsing,  what else can I do to speed up my computer ( except replacing the hdd with an ssd)?
