I figured that even this thread can have a wiki.
If your computer or phone is giving you issues:

• Please read this before posting: 4 Reasons Why IT People Ignore Your Requests for Help
• Restart the computer. Hopefully this will take care of any issues
• If your problem has not yet been solved, try to Google it. There may be a very simple solution
• On a Windows computer, a system restore may do the trick.
(This is a work in progress, please feel free to add whatever you may feel is helpful)

Now, everything is big (yuuuuge *trump*)  as in safe mode, restarted and didn't help,

Make sure your drivers for Network and Graphics are installed properly download from the Manufactures website.

I cannot connect to the Internet cause it doesn't have network adapter installed, how am I supposed to download what I need to download?

Download it on another computer or even on your smartphone and then transfer it to a usb and install it.  But download it only from dell's website.

And hope that you have USB drivers to read it. I had that problem once and I had to burn the USB drivers onto a DVD to install them.

Once you upgrade to Windows 10 you can do a clean install on a new hard drive
