?
Which player are you using?  VLC? MPC?
I think it comes with Windows 10...On top it says "Movies and TV".
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Try https://mpc-hc.org/
When you double click video frame while playing, it will keep video size the same, but blacken everything else.

System_thread_exception_not_handled (bckd.sys) got this error, and my computer said its restarting. Never restarted, I had to pull the battery. Any ideas?

Do you have avast?
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Avast is fine as long as you only install the file shield. You need to do custom install.

Not working for me. Is there some setting to select?

I have an acer laptop and the speakers are under the laptop. I feel that everything is so quiet compared to my old one. I have checked all the sound tools (on the programs and the computer) are there options that I'm missing?

Maximize the window.  Video size should remain the same, black should fill everywhere else

If the speakers are under the laptop and the laptop is resting on a hard surface, the sound will be getting blocked.

Is the volume still much lower if you hold the laptop in the air (or rest it on a frame) without the speakers being blocked?

It could also be your old sound card was better / more powerful then the new one..

There might be options you're missing, but those could vary based on the operating system and audio driver.
First check the mixer to make sure the volume is not limited by software. The mixer has a master volume control and also individual controls for each source of audio. Additionally, individual programs such as Windows Media Player and YouTube have their own volume control. If the volume is at the max and it's still not loud enough for you, you will need external speakers. The internal speakers are not a generic part that could be upgraded the way you could upgrade a hard drive.

Backspace stopped working to go back to precious page in Chrome. According to  this engaget article the change was to avoid pressing backspace thinking your in an online form and losing all entry data.
Any way to change back?

Omg I just went onto this thread to write this.
If you press alt+right/left arrow it works.
If you know of a way to get backspace back please let me know.
