It's not exactly that one but probably close enough (mine is also called "New" but it has a 10th gen processor, it's about a year old).
So all I need to do is buy a USB C laptop charger? Do I need to look for any specifics besides wattage?

Considering you have a usb c to usb c cable already, all you need is a PD wall brick. 45 - 100 watt should all work.

I have this laptop from a previous deal.

 It's a great laptop, but whenever transferring files from one device to another or copying to my computer, or from my computer to a phone or Sd card which is in the sd card slot in the laptop it takes forever.       What can I do to speed up the process? Is it connected to the ram? Intel core? Or what's causing it to be slow? Upgrade the USB ports if that's possible?
