this may help
right click on the wifi icon
select open network and sharing center
on top right click change adapter settings
click on wifi
click disable this network and then enable
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Try rebooting the router. And updating the driver's for your wireless adapter.

Took 3 hours, but Dell finally did manage to get a 3 monitor setup working for me.
But man that was painful.

Did you need a video card?
Bought a new XPS 8700 with a 2GB AMD Radeon HD R9 270.
It says it supports up to 6 monitors.  I has 2 DVI, 1 HDMI, and a display port.

First I tried the 2 DVI and 1 HMDI but couldn't get more than 2 displays.
Then I bought the Displayport adapter but had the same issue no matter what config I tried.

In the end Dell is saying that the 460w power supply they ship the XPS with isn't enough for the graphics card to support more than 2 monitors.

Seriously Dell?  Why not just include a better power supply  :o

At any rate in the end we got it to work by enabling Intel multi-display in the BIOS, plugging 1 monitor into the motherboard via HDMI, plugging 1 monitor into the card via DP, and the other into the card via DVI.

Not happy that all 3 are not in the card.  But it seems unless I upgrade the power supply that I don't have a choice.

Unless we missed something else altogether...

And they other 2 ports are onboard? They were expecting it to work out of the box?
IIRC by default if a monitor is connected to the Video Card it'll disable the on board card
Then I bought the Displayport adapter but had the same issue no matter what config I tried.
Does the machine support DP++? otherwise you'll need an active adapter

Motherboard has HDMI and DP.
Card has 2 DVI, HDMI, and DP.

At first it did disable the card, but after we enabled Intel multi display in the BIOS it is using all 3 monitors with 1 plugged into the HDMI motherboard and the other 2 into the DVI and DP on the card.

DP++? Active adapter?
Beyond my paygrade :)

It's an XPS 8700.

איך ווייס נישט

How about a reinstall?

What version of Windows?  What version of Office?  I would remove all keyboards (inputs), and re-add them.  (control panel - regional settings)

There's a long answer and short answer here.
Short answer - almost all low end graphics cards are limited to 2 simultaneous displays. The issue isn't the power supply here a 460w PSU has more than enough power to handle a good graphics card. If you want a Graphics Card with 3 monitor support there's basically one or two options that are under $75 everything else is higher end cards.

My daughter knocked my laptop down off the couch last week. Laptop was still working at the time but now  it won't turn on. The power button lights up but that's all, no fan or any other sign of life. Any advice?

It's very simple somewhere on the back there should be a cover with probably one screw in it under there you'll see the ram chip(s) if there's more than one take them out and try them one at a time  if not just take it out and put it back also take out anything plugged in
