I have an HP stream 7 locked out of both user and admin. HBCD doesn't work as it is UEFI.. recovery not working for some reason (for cmd prompt bypass...) any ideas?
There is a boot CD called OPHCrack it works very well, assuming your passwords are less the 16 chars. I've had tremendous success with it, however occasionally I have to download and install  additional "Tables"

That's overkill and waste of time if he's willing to blank it
But yes great app

I'm not sure why everyone is discussing boot CDs, but page fault errors are usually due to faulty RAM. Check if the address location is the same every time the error comes up. If it is the same chances are one of your RAM sticks are dead/dying.
I don't get the error anymore because the computer won't turn on anymore. It gives me two options - startup repair (which fails) or regular startup, which ends up turning it back off. I don't have extra ram lying around to try, or I would try it.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Take out one chip and leave the other one in.

+1   I had a laptop that someone was trashing because Geek Squad wanted $500 to fix it. All I did was remove one RAM stick, and it worked fine.

worked it out?
remember, you can set to legacy/csm and access windows partitions with chntpw or whatever. its just a matter of booting into windows that you'll need to revert back to uefi
I will have to try again, in the meantime I somehow fried my OTG usb stick which I was using I will need to wait till I get a new one.. (2 days prime)

Just got a AiO, looking for a solution to have a on screen keyboard always shown and docked on the side, basically a portion of the monitor will be dedicated for the keyboard

After installing the latest update for Microsoft Office (6366.xxxx), all of your customizations for Word such as macros, autotext entries, and styles will no longer load. The issue is caused by a file that has been renamed during the update. To resolve this, use the following steps to help you restore the renamed file.

Project is meant to manage more than one monitor (or a single external monitor for a laptop.) It is just like the Windows+P used to always be. It gives you the option to extend, duplicate, or use only the second monitor.

So on a laptop it's worthless? (except if I connect a second monitor)
