Do you have any filter?
---------
Is the "Scan encrypted connections" enabled in the Kaspersky settings? (In the main Kaspersky window go to «Settings» – click on the brown cardboard box icon – «Network»)
I have Livigent.
"Scan encrypted connections upon request from protection components" is checked

First try unchecking it and clicking Apply/Ok. See if it works that way.

https://productforums.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/chrome/wualkKTMJYs Try deleting the revocation list as that is unique to chrome which would explain why other browsers work
I checked "Do not scan encrypted connections" and now it works! Thank you very much!
I tried deleting the revocation list but couldn't figure out ho to do it. Thanks anyway!

Just one more thing. Do you see an Install Certificate option in that same Network settings page?

If I have the first one checked then the advanced settings is available and it works if I unblock connections over SSL 2.0 protocol (this is Chinese to me)

Click the Install Certificate. And then revert the other settings as they were before changing and see if it works.

I reverted it and it worked only if I uncheck the " block connections over SSL 2.0 protocol" checkbox

But that does not work when embedding a video, the video still starts at the beginning.

Is the program "Hide my ass" only available with a paid subscription?

And is this the best/only program to use to block/change my IP address, without circumventing my K9 filter?

There are a lot, but I have not tried them with K9.

What's the easiest way to get a MS Office license off of a dead computer?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.
