I have an Asus X554L laptop and I need 2 parts for it: a battery and speakers. I can install both myself.

For the battery, I'm having trouble finding a battery with good (or any) reviews. Does anyone here have a recommendation of where to buy a battery? I'm looking for quality, even if it's not the cheapest.

For the speaker, I can't find speakers for that exact model. There are tons of speakers on eBay that are from other models in the same series, but they're not all exactly the same. Is there anywhere that I can either find speakers from my exact model (X554L), or a list of which other laptops in the series share the same speakers? Tia.

try to check hardware manual for that model and see if they give breakdown of parts with model numbers

No need to prepare anything. Just install Windows.

(BTW, I do not see why installing Windows 8 and not installing Windows 10 right away.)

What partitions are showing up? You might need to delete all existing partitions first. (Make sure you don’t need anything currently on there!!)

Can someone tell me if my desktop computer sounds like it's going to fail soon? It makes these weird noises when starting and shutting down. I don't know what's considered normal for a desktop.

Booting starts at :09-

shutdown starts at :13-

My Asus X205T isn't starting up, battery indicator was flashing when I held down the power button. Did some research online so I unplugged power adaptor, disconnected the battery, held down power button for a minute to clear ram, reconnected battery and power adaptor, and tried staring it. Here's what happens:

As long as I keep the power button pressed, it starts as normal, and makes it to the login screen. It shows 'plugged in but no battery' icon (see picture), and the second I take my finger off the power button, it shuts down. I also can't login because the keyboard doesn't work as long as my finger is on the power button.

I checked the battery connection and all seems to be in order there (blew out any dust and reconnected it too).

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm getting a new PC, just wanted to know if anybody has any tips on how to keep it running fast like when I get it.

Just don't install too many programs?
Get a (free) antivirus/malware software?

It's not a matter of installing "too many" programs.  It's a matter of too many running at same time, or too many running at windows startup.
As for antivirus, I highly recommend Kaspersky Free.

I seem to have an issue with TeamViewer on PC 1. Whenever I try to login to PC 2 from PC1 it take forever to get connected and then it freezes ofter a min. When logging into PC1 from another device etc I never have an issue.

To and from PC2 with any other dive has no issues either.

I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times already, made sure it's always up to date  but the problem just doesn't go away.

Try to see in PC1 if there are any TeamViewer drivers installed for Display. The name of the drivers are not TeamViewer but you can see it by the manufacturer.

Thanks. I remember seeing the list of all programs on startup where I can disable some. I just don't remember how to get there, I guess I'll Google it.

Just got a desktop and when I connected it to a monitor (I tried two monitors) it comes up something like this

What could that be? Broken wire (I only have one VGA cable) or something more serious?
