Sorry, I was unclear.

The first line was how to find the model of you computer.  You found it.

The second line was asking you to post a screenshot of Task Manager (Winkey+X>Task Manager>Click More Details.) Hopefully that will show us what is running your processor excessively.

Is there anyway to permanently set Microsoft edge browsers user agent to Google chrome? I tried going to developer tools>emulation and clicking chrome there but it doesn't seem to be permanent.

I just want to avoid the popup prompts to install Google chrome on Google's homepage.

There’s a huge list that pops up. Anything in particular that I should post here ?

Your computer was running very hot when you took that screenshot?

Deff running hot, but it wasn’t on for that long so it wasn’t too hot. From what I showed, it looks normal ? Could it be that it’s dust in the bottom of the computer, therefore the fan is working non stop and it’s getting hot and draining battery ? (Not that I think it’s dusty just after googling around that seems to be the most common issue for fan working tirelessly.)

It does look normal.  The fan on my laptop runs whenever it is on.  I believe it's designed that way.

What kind of surface do you generally use your laptop on?

When you say the battery drains really fast, how fast?

I put it on all different type of surfaces. It gets hot whether it’s on a reg desk or on a bed. It has like 1 hour battery life or even a bit less. This issue seemed to come out of nowhere. Was working reg until about two weeks ago and then the laptop went crazy..

Did you install any new programs around then?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

The only kind of thing I did was allow flash drive or something like that.. as you can tell I’m not to tech savvy.. especially when it comes to computers.

You can find the serial number on the old PC with Belarc Advisor or manually as instructed here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2174645

Installation files can be downloaded here https://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html

Same gen i5?

Personally, I saw HP Pavilion being more durable.

Anything to be aware before buying Microsoft 2016 key from random seller on eBay? Can it possibly cause any harm to my computer?

No it won't cause any harm to your computer. It's downloaded direct from Microsoft. Although I've been told that these codes are most probably counterfeit codes. Meaning that the sellers know Microsoft's algorithm of generating codes and made their own.

They break the algorithm and make a keygen.

Do I have to uninstall on old pc in order for license to work? Because it's coming up that it isn't valid.

IIRC there's a way to deactivate the license on the old computer.

Correct. Help > Deactivate

You can also try to contact Adobe if that still doesn't help https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
