I've been happy with Ant Renamer - http://antp.be/software/renamer/download

Advanced Renamer user here...

Heads up I didn't try any of these, but will in the coming days...
I have 2 folders with pictures as my picture sequencing got reset during my trip and would like to combine all photos in one folder with a new sequence number. The issue of using windows explorer is that on "most" (not all) pictures I have a RAW picture and would need it to have the same name as the JPG. Can this be done with Ant Renamer / Advanced Renamer  ?

I'm not sure exactly what the question is, but it probably can be done with both... seriously...

Which kind of sequence are you planning to make? I make for my photo archive the date time and camera model. In your case they will be the same for RAW and JPG.

Basically, you just need to subtract 115 from each number?

Like this:

No, the numbers I posted is random. I actually have from 6000 till 9999 and then from 0001 till 8900
My issue is that I need the accompanying RAW file to take the same name the corresponding JPG will have, and NOT all files have a RAW file

So maybe do 2 batches - one with the 6000-9999 and subtract 5999 from the number, and then one with the others and add to the number so that it continues where you left off.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Correct. It is probably gonna be the simplest way.

The position is 1 (2 for if there are two number strings in the filename and you want to change the 2nd.)

And the difference is -5353 (since you wanna subtract 5353 from each number.) And handle negative numbers should be checked.

Don't think I can.  Maybe a more advanced programmer.  This is response header when going to your link:
Code: [Select]
HTTP/1.1 302 Found
Server: Apache
Location: /torah/dafyomi/bava-kama/111
Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *
Access-Control-Allow-Methods: POST, GET, OPTIONS, DELETE, PUT
Access-Control-Max-Age: 1000
Access-Control-Allow-Headers: x-requested-with, Content-Type, origin, authorization, accept, client-security-token
Content-Type: text/html
Cache-Control: max-age=2592000
Content-Length: 0
Accept-Ranges: bytes
Date: Mon, 19 Sep 2016 13:13:23 GMT
Connection: keep-alive
X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN

Location: field probably gets updated daily.

You need someone who knows JQuery to do this easily.  The div that needs to be loaded from your link is:
Code: [Select]
jw-media jw-resetJQuery code is (from API):
Code: [Select]
$('#result').load('ajax/test.html #container');(https://api.jquery.com/load/)

Yesitsme?
Just noticed this, is it still relevant?

I don’t think so. It’s over 2 years.

Would you have been able to do anything?

I have a product key for Microsoft office 2007. I want to download the software but Microsoft doesn't support it anymore and they don't have it available for download.

If I wanted to download it from a shareware type of site how can I make sure there aren't any viruses or malware in it?

archive.org is extremely trustworthy themselves, but they are just a collection from other places so you need to make sure you take a legit one. One good way is to find old official download links and find the files on archive.org. For instance this one (a semi-official download link for Microsoft Office Professional 2007 from Digital River): http://web.archive.org/web/20130510121358if_/http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/msoffice/pub/X12-30196/X12-30196.exe
