I don't see options regarding shortcuts. You see it there?

I don't but I have an extension installed that replaces the new tab page with something else. What settings does it show there for On Startup?

Not sure if I understand you correctly but I have "continue where you left off" selected. If I select open the new tab page, there is nothing underneath in the place where you have momentum.

I turned off Momentum and now it just shows "Open the New Tab Page", and when I open a new tab I have a google box and 10 commonly visited sites underneath.

What do you see when you open a new tab?

Those 10 commonly visited sites (which you can customize to whichever sites you like) are not there. Under the search space the screen is blank.

It seems that others had the same problem. I see a suggested solution posted on 3/15/19 that some have said helped them at https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/2391934?hl=en from 3/15/19 but I don't see "enable NTP" as described in the instructions.

"Here's the fix:
Go to chrome://flags/
Enter NTP in the search box
Enable using the Google local NTP - change Default to Enabled
Relaunch Now

hmm, are you signed into chrome? If not, maybe it's because it doesn't have your history synced.

I am signed in. Just to be clear: the issue is not that it's not populating my recently visited; it's that it is not showing the option for shortcuts altogether.

I have a new XPS 13 and am having what seems like a very unusual problem. I use the website Keybr.com to practice typing. When the window is set to full screen and the laptop is not plugged-in, the monitor dims slightly when each key is pressed. Any clue what is going on?

I Bought a Dell Inspiron Desktop:
9th Gen  i5 Processor
Intel® UHD Graphics 630
1TB Hard Drive + 128GB Solid State Drive
12GB Memory

Problem is they sent me a computer with 256gb SSD and no additional hard drive... should i go through the hassle of returning (bought on multiple cards for dell credit) or is there an easy way to just add a 1tb hard drive on my own to give me additional storage space? Will it function smoothly?
I need the SSD to run the programs and computer but need a larger hard drive for other stuff...
Thanks in advance

Is there a way to have my trackpad turned off automatically when my bluetooth mouse is connected/turned on?

Unchecking this doesn't do it?

No way!! Just kill chrome via task manager, if you cant then restart but definitely don't click anything on the site
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.
