If your computer or phone is giving you issues:

Please read this before posting: 4 Reasons Why IT People Ignore Your Requests for Help
Restart the computer. Hopefully this will take care of any issues
If your problem has not yet been solved, try to Google it. There may be a very simple solution
On a Windows computer, a system restore may do the trick.
(This is a work in progress, please feel free to add whatever you may feel is helpful)


Please post whether or not the problem was fixed

Think I gotcha now.
Is your computer recognizing the internal speaker?

Click Start > search for "device manager" > share a screenshot under sound (like shown)





i dont have it with me now will have it later . but yes i did this before

If the computer is recognizing the speaker it should just need a driver update. Make you sure you install the latest windows updates, and check your laptop manufacturer support page for the latest laptop specific (speaker) driver.

Install. Restart. Let us know.

You can also check control panel > search for "sound" > make sure your speaker is set as default (green check).

My dell Inspiron isnt charging the battery. When plugged in its working off the A/c adapter but the battery doesnt get charged.
When I reboot i get a message that the adapter is not recognized.
I am using the original adapter.
Also, Not sure if this is connected but my computer is working like a snail.

No. (this issue was happenning sporadically over the last few weeks but now it just wont charge...)Any other ideas?
