Copy the whole SetupRST_extracted folder onto the flash drive (with the Windows installer.)

After booting from the USB and clicking Load Driver in the install windows select the Drivers folder (SetupRST_extracted\production\Windows10-x64\15063\Drivers) and press OK, it should give you a list of drivers and the one two select would be the one in the RAID folder (SetupRST_extracted\production\Windows10-x64\15063\Drivers\RAID\iaStorAC.inf).
I'm installing windows 11. The dialog says none are compatible.
I tried all the noncompatible ones, none worked.

Those drivers are for Windows 11 (as well.) So not sure why it'd say it's not compatible.

I believe the bottom one in the list should be the one. When you say "none worked" you mean that it didn't install the driver or that installing the driver didn't help to see the drive to install? (And if the latter, did you hit refresh on the installation screen after installing the driver?)

If you want you can try to take the drivers from Dell (seems the same to me, but can't hurt to try) see https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132969/how-to-load-intel-rapid-storage-technology-driver-to-install-os-on-nvme-memory (your driver would be https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=8j2f4&oscode=w2021&productcode=optiplex-7010-plus-desktop)

One more thing. Was the RAID already configured, the RAID needs to be configured before you can use it.

If you didn't configure the RAID yet, make sure to do so in the Device Configuration on the Boot Options menu (on Start-up press the F12 key then select Device Configuration.)

Regardless of if it was already set up or not, it might be good to put a picture of that RAID configuration screen.

Now I can't find the driver in the extracted folder from Dell...
I think raid was configured already.

Is it okay to leave a computer charging overnight/ over shabbos? Does the charging shut off automatically or will it ruin the battery?

Laptop is On or Shut Down?

If it's shut down, it's certainly okay, it will stop charging once the battery is full. (If it's On, keeping it plugged in would mean it keep on using the battery, and then there can already be an argument that it's not the best.)

I would say it's not ideal either way, there was a recent discussion on this. Either way none is terrible for the battery.

The discussion was when the device is powered on, in which case it might discharge and charge again continuously. When the device is powered down, I don't see how it's not ideal.

A battery kept at 100% charge strains the cells and causes them to degrade faster.

Fair point, but in that case the question isn't about keeping it plugged in over Shabbos, it's about not charging it to 100% before Shabbos either. There is basically no difference having it connected the whole Shabbos to the power outlet than if you'd charge it on Friday up to 100% and unplug.

You're saying that if it's on it will stop charging until the charge goes down and then will recharge again, or is that continuous?

I know that I've ruined a phone battery by keeping it charging over yom tov

Down and recharge again.

Without knowing the details (and you didn't note the model and if the phone was powered on), if the phone was powered off I don't see how it would ruin the battery (except if the ruining was from overheating right in the beginning, if you put the device tucked away under something while charging.)

Phone was on. I don't remember the exact details, is was a few years ago. In that instance I just bought a new battery. I figured that charging it like that completely ruins the battery because it keeps on charging, however if it goes down and then recharges over and over, would 48 hours of that really ruin a battery?

It's certainly not ideal, as @Yo ssi wrote. Would it ruin it if done? Certainly not like instantly ruin it. But it may affect the longevity of the battery.

Someone found a driver and tried it. It worked. I know it was from Dell but I don't have the exact link. It's very possible that it was the same one you gave and for some reason they were able to get the file.
