Try uninstalling the bluetooth driver (in device manager) and then searching for new devices.
Also try the latest BT driver Dell has on their support website.

Still dealing with the same problem on my XPS 13 (9380). I don't have a screenshot, but I realized that I THINK in the device manager I used to see a Qualcomm Bluetooth device and that now nothing is showing. I see that others seemed to have the same problem and have had some success by rebooting into bios and making some adjustments. I know that bios is very sensitive. Are there any other suggested solutions?

I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

BIOS isn't sensitive if you don't touch sensitive settings. There can be no problem turning off/on Bluetooth in BIOS.

If it's still like that, I'd force shut the computer and hope for the best.

To force cut power for a PC pull the plug, and for a laptop hold the power button for about 20 secs.

That computer has many years of value left in it IY"H (consider that a beracha). It should be a good investment even if you do have to pay someone else to fix it. If you do take it in, consider upgrading the tiny SSD also.

I'm not in computer repair, so don't know for sure, but the closest to identical to the one you have, the better, no?

NVIDIA GTX 1060 Graphics needs 400 Watt or greater power supply. Go for a 600W one.
