Nope, drivers and updates are up to date
For the next troubleshooting step, I would disable wireless security (temporary) and try it for an hour or two to see if it goes down within that time period.

I already tried that. Went off in 5 minutes

My laptop takes a solid twenty minutes to turn on... what can the reason be? Other than that it is very quick.
Wow. Why don't you just factory restore it. I would think its a handful of things that are causing it to boot so slow, even if you figure out a few, there may still be other factors that are causing it.

What antivirus do you have?
Which browser are you using?
Do you have Adblock extension?

The safest way would be using an extension called NoScript, but its a bit advanced.

Obviously the most guaranteed solution (assuming no hardware issues), but not always practical.

Agreed.
Autoruns will definitely give a nice hint as to why its going so slow.
I would also suggest running CCleaner, then doing a chkdsk.  But one thing at a time.

Yes, make sure to install Adblock, and make sure it is enabled to work even in Incognito mode.

You should stay away from those sites though - they're full of garbage.

What is that software? Are you sure it is virus free?

1) Download Autoruns - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
2) Save the results and post it here
Will do
You mean old?

Either way, after it boots up does it run normally?
No, it is fairly stable and quick (besides a quirk here and there).
Wow. Why don't you just factory restore it. I would think its a handful of things that are causing it to boot so slow, even if you figure out a few, there may still be other factors that are causing it.
Oh so much that I don't want to have to set up again. (Drivers, Programs, etc..)
Agreed.

I run CCleaner every so often.

Don't know how to explain it, but how can I block Certain programs from using the internet when connected to a certain WiFi? As I don't want when I connect my laptop to my phone window should start updating itself, bedsit it's slows down my network speed plus it uses my limited data
