Don't know how to explain it, but how can I block Certain programs from using the internet when connected to a certain WiFi? As I don't want when I connect my laptop to my phone window should start updating itself, bedsit it's slows down my network speed plus it uses my limited data
Windows Firewall can block individual programs.  IIRC, you can configure the rule only to apply to you wireless adapter.

why no cnet?
Cnet, almost always, finds a way for you to download adware (at best).  They also very often have "installer downloads", meaning, they require you to install a program to then download the software you were originally interested in.

I agree. That stuff can drive you crazy.

My computer is moving very slow, is the Avast grime fighter worth the $20 to clean it up?

BUMP
I'm not familiar with that software, but, no b'derech klal, whatever the problem is you shouldn't spend any money.

1. How much RAM?
2.  What OS?
3.  How much free hard drive space?
4.  Do you have AV/Spyware protection?
5.  Laptop / Desktop?
6.  Any odd noises?
7.  Alot of programs startup automatically?

How do I get rid of JollyWallet?

Running Avast.

Also, K9 is popping up on the bottom right of my screen most of the day blocking different sites that some malware? is trying to access.

What is the best "cleaning" program?

TIA

Probably not.

First, download and run CCleaner - http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard

Second, download and run Malwarebytes - https://www.malwarebytes.org/getmbam

Third, download http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/
Run as Administrator.  Press "Scan".  when it finishes, press "Report" (not Clean).  Post that here or PM it to me.

I have the BSOD (Blue screen of death). Power driver state failure. I uninstalled Intel HD graphics 4000 but it didnt help. (I think and hope I didnt mess anything up). It seems to have re installed itself. I have a Lenovo G500s running 8.1. Any recommendation? PM would be greatly appreciated or post here. Thanks.

. Upgraded a few months ago.
Nothing special. No downloads or anything. I have Kaspersky running. I do notice that when it is about to crash (like as I type right now) the bluetooth goes dead.
