If your computer or phone is giving you issues:

• Please read this before posting: 4 Reasons Why IT People Ignore Your Requests for Help
• Restart the computer. Hopefully this will take care of any issues
• If your problem has not yet been solved, try to Google it. There may be a very simple solution
• On a Windows computer, a system restore may do the trick.

Couldn't find a better place to post this

       I used to use DVDshrink to copy Dvds onto my computer but I see it's not available anymore.
Looking for the easiest way to copy DVDs and convert them for viewing on a tablet.

Usually a malware scan will pick up on it.

I have a battery pack that came with many adapters. All my devices can be charged with it including my Samsung laptop as the correct adapter was included. However I just purchased an HP probook 430 and there is no adapter that fits it. Is that a product I could buy somewhere? I'd really like to be able to charge it on the go. TIA

Hardware key-loggers are not detectable by any malware scanner, bend down and have a look where your keyboard is plugged in, if there isn't any adapter over there between the PC USB port and the keyboard cable.

I have a new Ultrabook that I've been using. The wifi shows a good connection and I haven't noticed any problems until today when I was trying to stream a video.

 I went to do a speedtest on both my laptop and ultrabook. My ultrabook is only getting .49 Mbps

Is there anything I can do to fix that? Is it just the specs?

The Laptop is getting 3Mbps.
There was another tab open on each device when I did the test.



 Edit: Just tried it again with nothing open. Worse speeds than before. :/

Try updating latest drivers on ultrabook. Is it the centrino 7260?
