I figured that even this thread can have a wiki.
If your computer or phone is giving you issues:

• Please read this before posting: 4 Reasons Why IT People Ignore Your Requests for Help
• Restart the computer. Hopefully this will take care of any issues
• If your problem has not yet been solved, try to Google it. There may be a very simple solution
• On a Windows computer, a system restore may do the trick.
(This is a work in progress, please feel free to add whatever you may feel is helpful)

Dust, broken fan, or a few other things.

Regardless, if you value your data, take out your hd and back it up.  Then get a new computer.

eta - or troubleshoot this one.  Either way, backup your data now.

I've had my laptop for over 3 years and it's been working flawlessly for the most part, it doesn't get moved around much, isn't slow, hasn't crashed in forever. Yesterday I got a blue screen and when I restarted I got the screen below. When I ran the diagnostics I got an error that said "hard disk not exist", any easy way to fix it? Google didn't give me much hope :(

Take it out of the laptop and put it in an external enclosure.  Plug it in to another computer.  If it recognizes the HD and partition, backup the data.  If it recognizes the device, but not the partition, you can try to use a data recovery software, or send it to DH.  If does not recognize the hardware at all, send it to DH.

Just opened the back and saw there are 2 hard-drives, I'm guessing the problem would be with no. 1?

The hard drive doesn't disconnect, it's connected by a cable that's attached to the motherboard with no way of detaching it ???
