Looks like there is definitely something wrong with my fan/heat sink  >:(

Ouch, that's hot. Have you cleaned out the fan recently?

Definitely need to do that. Any idea if that's easy to do on an HP Envy? Do I need to open it or just spray air in the vent?

You should probably open it up. Search YouTube, i bet you'll find a video showing how to do it.

Definitelt open it, as said. Besides the fan you'll probably find tons of dust piles inside the machine. No big deal to clean out. It accumulates very quickly.

When you say you tried multiple browsers, new ones or existing ones? If existing ones, I would install another browser, like if you use IE, install Google Chrome and see if that works. Did you try upgrading your current browser?

doesn't work from any browser, it's a website in Israel, looks like it stopped working from the US. (the mobile site does work)

I have a dell laptop that recently is having audio issues. Randomly the sound will stop working and requires me to restart the computer in order to get the sound back. Any ideas?

download driver manually from dell. Even if the system says it's up to date

After trying the above, if the problem still persists...

Next time it happens, open task manager, and look for possible audio related programs running in the background (Skype, etc).  Close them one by one, wait 15 seconds, then test the audio.
