What do you do when a document won't print and won't leave the print queue if you cancel it? (Windows 7)

I turned off the printer, unplugged it, restarted the computer... anything else to try?

You need to clear the spooler.

Try removing all RAM except one card.  Keep swapping them until you find the wrong one.  It's possible it's the CPU or HDD, but try this first.

Thank you, it was a bad ram!
