Cheapest Flights From TLV To Anywhere In Europe

Hi. 
I am trying to make mileage tickets for someone from TLV to the states for succos. He  has about 60,000 delta miles, 40,000 Amex points and about 100,000 starwood points that are flexible to be used in any airlines.
I am trying to find the cheapest flights from Israel to any where in Europe were it will be easier to get mileage tickets to the states(JFK) for the dates around succos- leaving TLV on/around 10/12/08 and returning 10/28/08.
If any one knows the cheapest (paid) flight to any such place in Europe, I would greatly appreciate the info.

Check out the Israeli charter websites such as issta.co.il daka90.com eshet-tours.com http://www.gulliver.co.il/gulnet/index.html. These work best closer to the date of departure. The cheapest flights will be to Turkey and Greece. You could get lucky to more traditional places as well.

do such websites exist for american departures?

issta.co.il works both ways. Most of the charters however only work for originating in Israel flights. If you do some research and discover the charter websites that work from the states please post as such. You have the classic websites such as kayak.com mobissimo.com cfares.com sta.com studentuniverse.com, but none of these deal with charters.
