Walmart gift cards with a pin #

So I have 4x $100 gift cards to walmart I also have a bluebird card is there any way to turn these cards into cash or at least put onto my BB card i tried it tonight at my walmart CS and at the ATM there nothing was working, Any suggestions ?????????? I either want cash for these or put onto somrking of card that I can actually spend the money any way i would like. TIA
