Also, what he seems not to understand is that they are only cutting the YQ to $65, that is besides the gov't taxes and airport fees.

booked one way TLV to JFK delta with flyingblue, called to reserve to get the old mileage requirement, confirmed the 50,000 miles and  $58.77 in fees.
Later they call me and tell me that the taxes are $360 because I am using the old rates.
