For the 'teen'. Pretty sure I saw someone else writing that. The safest thing is to probably just add a birthday that would make the user in the teen range (13-23). Your own b-day will not matter as it can be your cousin, nephew or whatever. Just because you gave a teen a PASS card does not mean they're your child. They can be your camper too. I don't think this is an issue at all.

They are pnc bank atms, and ARE fee free! don't know if its any pnc atm or only ones in Quick Chek.

Its is ONLY Quickchek PNC is horrible with fees otherwise! Wawa also has free PNC ATM's for those who are near one. Do note that this only helps you for the fee which the ATM charges and not for the card issuers fees which yo u will still have to pay.

So for pass you'd pay $0.99 per $200 withdrawn, that's like 0.5%, effectively $0.05 per SPG/MR point.

These ATMs were good for the Discover Teen card while it lasted (that and cashback at a store).

I thought it was $1.50 per withdrawal?

It is $1.50 per withdraw on Amex`s side.

Whoops, you're right, I guess I haven't used my PASS cards in some time. Still, $0.0075 per SPG. (I missed a 0 in my last post).

I was thinking this too, though it might be disabled along with GCs.

I used it for the mint successfully, but I think this was before people started having problems with the GC's so not much help here.
