NOT SURE THE EXACT SIZE UNIT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I have a unit in lakewood 5 x 10 (the smallest) I did business with the owner so he gave me a deal for $20 a month I know the same unit in queens cost like $125-$150 a month you need to shop around there are storage units search engines..
If you need a larger unit the best option is a west gate unit I think 25 x 10 for $100...

If its wood and may be there for a while I would suggest try to get a controlled climate.
Although I had mine without it for a year in Extra Space and was fine.

Do they have moving company bring it there as well or is that your responsibility?

Your responsibility. You are just paying them for space

you might want to consider packrat http://www.1800packrat.com/
they have a service where they drop off a container you load it then they pick it up and they will store it for you...when you want it back they will deliver to your new address.
