CMIIW, David Smith is not from the Tri State area. So he doesn't have any experience with managers requiring a DC from USAA.

Brooklyn NY, brother. And I got the car from JFK for $9 a day Pesach time, when they were requiring USAA debit cards.

I got this email from Hertz

And in the T&C it says

Is there anyway to get around that? Perhaps someone else renting on my account?

I called them about that offer, and the CS woman said that if I'd received points in the past, if receive for that also, but I'm not sure if she knew what she was talking about.

Isn't your age on your Hertz gold so why would that help?

Many times Hertz says in the t&c an age it doesn't apy to one who is a USAA member, its very likely you'll get the bonus anyhow.

Yes, my question is if it goes by the age of the renter or the age of the account owner.

Often Hertz will mention an age E.G. 21 in the T&Cs for an offer or whatever, and it usually WILL NOT apply to a USAA member. Meaning a USAA member even if under 21 will still be eligible.

JFK didn't let me take out a car even with a USAA debit card, they wanted to see a membership card...not sure what that is exactly but that's what the guy insisted.

no . they made everyone that had a reservation with usaa that night to walk inside and speak to someone.

It happened again this last Thursday night.
