I've heard deep frying a Turkey is harder then it sounds. If your off by a minute its ruined

You have at least a 5 minute leeway. Never did one in an electric fryer. That takes all the fun out of it.

I'm not a nutritionist, I don't calculate the daily average calories either

And Don't get me wrong it's not a minhag or chumra we do have milchigs on pesach but I'm not a coffee addict, and most food is fleishigs so I ditch the milchig till it passes, (that's why we call it Passover)
