A very very expensive one ;)

For a very VERY slow speed. Some of the ports have wifi though.

Anyone ever been on a Norwegian cruise and can tell me how the kosher meals are?

Looking into this one.

If you eat chalav stam there is plenty you can eat for breakfast and some things for lunch. Dinners are a notch above airline food but you can order a few per person. Some people have them wrap raw salmon or talapia a few times in foil and have them cook it (it's a common request and they are used to it) but not everyone is comfortable with that and you need ask your rabbi. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables too. I would suggest you ask for a fridge in your room and bring some salads, dressing and other other things to add on to the dinners and make it more enjoyable. You might also be able to brings some of your own frozen meals and have them store it and heat it up for you but I would suggest you get it authorized in advance.

All in all you will not go hungry and at the same time wont gain 10 lbs like most cruisers do. Unless money is not a problem it is definitely not worth paying 3 times as much for a kosher cruise. (in your case at least 10 times as much). I personally think cruises are the best value with very little planning.

You can also ask them to give you new cutlery if you want. Or they can set the table for you with plastic/paper for every meal. If you want anything "special" it is best to order the day before.

I did a NCL cruise 4 years ago. It was very nice. We ordered as many dishes as we taught we can eat. About the grilled salmon fish which we had a few times. I asked the special diet waiter to explain how they do it. He told me that they have a special pan just for kosher people and after they grill the fish they double wrap it in foil. So that was it for me.
We had fresh vegetable salad every morning .
About shabbos food. We brought along a very small crock pot and had the meal mart chulent box that does not need Refrigeration.
And fish also the same way.
Candles we lit in the room on a foil.
I called up the captain and asked to rent the boat for $1. He was hesitant what I want but agreed to a verbal consent .
We made early shabbos and had hot food by the ship.
We asked for raw eggs no questions asked and I put it into the chulent pot.
We had a disposable ice box which I got from my local fish store and every day the room service emptied the water and put fresh ice we had in there milk and other stuff which I probably will not bring along next time because you won't go hungry with there food .
IMHO a Cruise is the cheapest vacation where you get אכילה. שתיה. לינה. And 5 star entertainment All in one. We took a 10 day cruise from Miami to the Caribbean total after tax. Fees. Tips was about $1900 for 2 people. Plus the airfare

... i just got off a Cunard cruise which was carrying chicken, veal and rib steak which they were able prepare in new/kosher pans. You can also always ask to see packaging.

Is it possible to disembark at a port that isn't the final port? Say start in in NY and disembark at Port Canaveral, the first stop?
If so what are the repercussions, if any?
