"Hacking a flight" article
« on: April 29, 2013, 07:56:14 PM »
Someone asked a question after the recent Hacking a flight article using EWR-TLV, TLV-IAH and there was no answer. Does United credit your mileage if you get off the return flight in EWR and don't continue on to Houston? Do you have to cancel that leg when you get to EWR? THANKS.

Just to clarify my first no: you will get mileage for the parts you actually flew just not for the parts that you miss.

It's always wise to call up on the way back from the airport to cancel last leg "due to an emergency".
there has been reports of US Airways shutting down accounts for people doing hidden cities and back-to-backs.
